Servicing is far too expensive cost higher than Merc or BMW.

dealer service good but very expensive Jaguar had the audacity to charge invited guests at a driving day for buns (only luke-warm tea or Nescafe was free): this may sit OK with Ford drivers but for Jaguar this is an insult: I may go back to Mercedes
