What does this car say about you?

I've put up with the 'grandads car' comments ( i'm 32) but I have the biggest grin when I get to the retirement home

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

I haven't met anyone who hasn't liked the car and when I take out for a drive , they love it..... once they stop shaking that is.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes. So much car for the money.

Paid close to trade in price as it was taken as PX at a main VW dealer the day before

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

What was the dealer like?

Full tank of petrol, 1 years comprehensive warranty and 6 months tax on top of the great price.

What's it like to drive?

Easily wafts around town and down the motorway but plant the accelerator and all hell breaks loose. 380 bhp as standard for the XKR but with a few modifiactions, I've now got 470 ish to play with. Incredible performance

What's it like to park?

This is the scary part. Damn it's big.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Only had it 4 months, so problems at all. I had it thoroughly checked over by a main dealer to get the service book upto data and then checked again by a specialist independant whilst getting a stainless exhaust fitted and all that was required were some new front pads.

What's most practical about your car?

Nice big boot and effortless motorway journeys.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The seats are superb. I have the 'non-comfort' package which basically means you have 'standard' sports Recaro seats. Look fantastic, give great support and really comfortable in my opinion.
