Value
Excellent value if buying, probably not good if your selling. A lot of 4x4 for your cash.
Costs
Thirsty, but you should know that with 4 litres, so it's your choice.

You feel in total command.
Performance
Joy to push the pedal down, however, make sure you know where the next fuel station is!

Living with it
Reliability
Still early days, but nice simple mechanics which you can actually get into and fix. Real pleasure from my last Vauxhall engine, with nothing but sealed black boxes in!

It's a Jeep. Everyone knows what they do, and it's usually a lot more than their car can. You don't need an image.
Comfort
Great driver's and passenger's seating. Good seats in back also, but the wheel arches make it a little difficult to get in rear doors if you are taller than average.

Standard alarm fitted. Park next to a BMW and you'll be fine!
Service
Not used them, that's why I like the Cherokee, easy DIY servicing. Why pay?

None, still sounds like it's running on tick over.

Don't like the rear tyre in load area. Takes up too much space but you can get a swing arm for rear fitting.
