Kia Ceed SW (2007 - 2012) 1.6 CRDi 3 5d Owner Review

Poor fuel consumption, uncomfortable drivers seat and fixed front seat head rests are my dislikes. Space, looks and practicality are my likes. It is an easy drive. I've driven very carefully but at best have averaged 47.5 mpg, in mixed driving. My old 1.9 tdi Fabia averaged 56-57 mpg on the same routes. Note, do not put the Air Conditioning on, or have lots of money in your wallet. Pity about the seat I've tried every position possible, with and without a cushion, but still suffer from right leg cramp. The non removable front seat head rest makes it more difficult to carry long items. Also too many gears!!! Only had the car a few months, will keep it to get my money's worth, but would not buy another.
