• Summary

What does this car say about you?

Want a large car to accommodate family and dogs with value for money and piece of mind.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They love it. They like how roomy it feels inside particularly with the double sunroof.

Would you buy this car again and why?

In theory yes, however there is a newer model out now and I do not like the face lift it has been given. However the interior on the newer model is a lot more premium.

What are you likely to buy next?

Sportage, or Optima Estate depending if it looks like the concept pictures online.

Type of dealer you bought from?

    Franchised

Did you buy this car new?

    No

    £20,000

When did you buy the car?

    January 2016

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes. The New model was about to be released and the dealer did some witchcraft which valued my part ex higher.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Seemed a natural progression from the C'eed which I previously had.

    What was the dealer like?

Very helpful (once it was my turn) they were extremely busy at the time.

  • Driving it

    4 out of 5 4.0

    What's it like to drive?

Low end torque for a 1.7 in such a large car is brilliant. It is not fast but will cruise on the motorway with ease. Handles better than i thought it would through the bends.

    What's it like to park?

Easy. There are sensors front and back, a reversing camera and also the park assist where the car takes over for you.

  • Living with it

    5 out of 5 5.0

Have you had any problems with the car?

Boot release failed, but was covered under warranty and fixed, courtesy car provided.

What's most practical about your car?

The boot space once the back seats are down. Also as it sits higher up it is easier to get in and out and also load / unload the boot.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Park assist. Just press the button and set it then control the speed. It is a little strange seeing the steering wheel move by itself. Also like the reverse camera, front bumper sensors and bluetooth.
