In their own words

An amazingly capable car - great to drive on-road; can literally go anywhere a car can and can do it all carrying 7 people in comfort. We have two issues with the car: 1) The gearbox and engine seem to fight each other - I'm often trying to pull out into traffic and she'll just crawl out... other times I want to take off gently and its like I've floored the throttle! Spoke to the Land Rover Experience people and they suggested turning off the auto terrain response but it has made no difference. 2) An utter design own goal... you cannot fold the second row of seats whilst standing by them. There is a button in the boot to fold them; you can do it during in the front; or you can do it using your phone... but not while standing by them with something you don't want on a seat in one hand...d'oh! Had issues with dealers being incompetent (not knowing you have to compete the install of new software for it to work!?) and then dishonest - quoting £600 for a service then saying it needs 2 extra bits for the MoT... quoting (admittedly over a bad phone line) £800 then charging £2800... with the (suddenly perfect) phone call taped to prove I agreed to the extra work - a new tyre & a "emissions flush" - neither of which were highlighted in the MoT....
