Land Rover Range Rover Sport (2013 - 2022) 3.0 SDV6 HSE Dynamic 5d Auto Owner Review

My wife and I bought a 15 plate HSE Dynamic Range Rover Sport almost on a whim brand new back in 2015 when we were capable of paying the bills that went with ownership of such a luxury SUV. Red leather interior, pan roof and deploying steps were the only extras added to the car which is polar white. Over 70,000 miles and 6 years of ownership later and it has been a lovely car to own and drive around in. It's not a sports vehicle even if it has a badge saying so yet it has some decent straight line pace and feels incredibly safe barrelling down a rain sodden motorway. In fact i'll go as far as saying that its motorway manners are it's best feature as a family vehicle - absolutely as good as they get this side of a limo and you feel very safe at the wheel or as a passenger. On a recent 580 mile round trip it averaged 37mpg which for the size and weight of the vehicle and close to 300bhp I think is very respectable. We are all aware that these cars don't have a particularly favourable reliability reputation but if you buy carefully second hand a RRS that has clearly been looked after and not abused you'll enjoy driving and owning the car i guarantee. The only problem we have now is what to replace it with....??
