Value
Purchased privately 18 months ago. With new model out prices, have not yet dropped to below what I paid.
Costs
Requires servicing every 6k miles. Have done 30k miles in last 18 months.

On the road
Driving
Is very easy to drive and while I live in a narrow London street with access from one end only, parking and reversing are quite easy. Have put into car parks others with a Focus have given up on.
Performance
Being a diesel, this is no boy racer. That said, does not feel any slower than the 1.8 petrol Freelander it replaced.

Living with it
Reliability
Never required more than normal service visits. At each of these visits, there always seems to be a couple of little extras that need looking at. Has not required any extra work at MOT time.

The car is commented upon by many people. When I was thinking of selling it, friends were telling me not to.
Comfort
The ride can seem a little hard compared with the average euro box.
