Lexus LS (1990 - 2000) 4.0 V8 4d Auto (95) Owner Review

As always there’s confusion over the performance of the variants. Last one circa 98-2000 is best. 0-60 for last cars is sub 6.5 and I’ve seen 6.3 listed. Drive it and you’ll see. Good economy at legal speeds on a motorway run up to 30 mpg. For a big car you can Chuck it around. Non franchise presents cheapest running costs but if you are a diy person you have a bargain on your hands. Future if not a present classic and an example of how cars should be built. My love of Jaguars paled after owning the 400...yes even the gorgeous looking XKR which are essentially rubbish and only fit for warranty period of ownership.
