My Lotus is a 1989 2.2 Esprit turbo SE. Performance and handling for its era is outstanding. The only expense is the C service ( £1500+ ). And even if your mileage is on the low side, service it every year and you shouldn't have any problems. For trouble free motoring use it, dont store it. As the car gets older it gets more and more positive attention. I cannot remember the last time I refuelled it without someone coming over for a chat.
