Ever so cheap to buy now a real bargain.
Costs
I have averaged 30mpg in mixed driving over the last 7k miles, excellent for a V6 auto.

On the road
Driving
Lovely drive will waft about in near silence or pick up it's skirts and snarl like a sportscar. Cornering flat, but steering a little incommunicative. Great motorway mile-muncher. Love it!
Performance
Slow pull away and long throttle pedal travel require getting used to, but give it a prod and it goes very well indeed!

Living with it
Reliability
Only problem in 6 months has been a leaking washer bottle, which was fixed with a 17p grommet from the main dealer! Can't complain at all!

Can be seen as an old man's car, but most who have been in it can't believe the build quality and ride. There is an X-factor that seems to be unique to the Mercedes brand.
Comfort
Leather heated seats sumptuous with height and angle adjustment. Very comfy indeed, especially on long journeys.
