Yes, because I love the looks and it is a pleasure to drive.

Likely to stick with a Merc, possibly the new shape C Class saloon.

Good deal, car was originally £13000, eventually haggled the dealer down to £11500

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

It's the only one my wife seemed remotely interested in!

What was the dealer like?

Human, efficient, informative and willing to negotiate.

What's it like to drive?

Very smooth, quiet cabin, seemless gear changes, good fuel economy for an auto, deceptively quick, everything you expect from a Mercedes.

What's it like to park?

Relatively easy, no parking sensors and rear windscreen view takes a bit of getting used.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Haven't had it long but no problems so far.

What's most practical about your car?

Can seat four people in comfort for a long haul, and the rear seats completely fold down flat if you need space for a trip to Ikea!

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Trip computer and auto gearbox.
