I had to wait 12 months for this car because of chip shortages & pandemic, when car ordered all spec items shown in brochure June 21 ,brochure changed Jan 22 ,mercedes decided to remove many spec items to save on chips usesage, DISAPOINTED with mercedes ,but my dealership was good, I never got the factory order I placed,mercedes incompetence,I'm happy with what I've got as I can't do anything about items missing ,accepted car as better than no car, I would not have another car from mercedes ,customers do not forget how they have been treated, but CLA 189 SB good car.

Ordered June 21 waited 12 months got car march 22
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
Spec items removed by mercedes before delivery save on chips ,not agreed but accept that or no car.
