Car is great to drive and great comfort, interior etc. BUT it has been really unreliable - am on my 3rd fault since new - first 2 faults within one month of ownership. Mercedes Benz UK couldn't seem to care less. Tamworth Mercedes where I bough the car very poor on customer service - I use Mercedes Benz in Milton Keynes now who are great for their customer service in their service department. I am on my 3rd Mercedes e class estate - this will be the last for some time because of the reliability.
