Always use Mercedes dealer parts as they are best quality and cheaper than the mainstream automotive stores.

Reliability
Overall reliability is first class. Please just sort out that temperamental gearbox that likes jumping between gear changes, even after it has been to the main dealer many times.

Sorry, but it is now looking quite old and frankly never did have the presence of the older W124 series that it replaced.
Comfort
Perfect for long haul work.3 or 4 hours travelling this and you arrive feeling totally relaxed.

Excellent at the desk but let down by low grade mechanics. Mercedes need to change their work practices and bring back individual attention to detail.
