That i like a bit of quality , and that i don't follow the crowd

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Everybody likes the look of it , and everybody thats been in it says its more comfortable than being at home

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes , i've had the car about 18 months and still can't find fault with it . i use the car as a taxi so if it was no good i wouldn't get another one ... most other makes of car that i've used have had problems within the first 6 months

What are you likely to buy next?

A newer E320 CDI and definitely one with as many gadgets on as i can afford

I got a good deal because i paid cash

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Always wanted one , renowned reliability , very classy looking car

What was the dealer like?

I bought private and saved quite a lot of money compared to going to the local Mercedes dealer

What's it like to drive?

Smooth and effortless , but its no slouch with 200 bhp under your right foot . its OK around the town for a big car but its on the open road where it comes into its own , it can cruise all day long at 70 mph @ 2,000 rpm

What's it like to park?

Power steering makes it quite easy , but parking sensors as standard would have made it easier as it is quite a long car

Have you had any problems with the car?

Mechanically nothing at all so far , i've only had service items replaced when its been due for the A or B service . i have had some corrosion come through on all four wheel arches , but if you have a full service history and the V5 document Mercedes will repair it under thier 30 year warranty , also they didn't repair my front wings .... they REPLACED them ! i took it into Robinsons of Norwich and even though i'd not bought the car from there they were more than happy to help , they even loaned me a new Merc to use for the week that mine was in the garage

What's most practical about your car?

Awesome MPG from such a big diesel engine , i have had it upto 47 mpg on a run keeping to about 60 mph

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Comand is excellent ... the sat-nav is easy to use , you can plug your mobile phone into it , you can even watch the TV on it ( not while driving obviously )
