Yes recession had just hit and I had cash.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Thought Mercedes Benz were reliable and quality cars. Good fuel economy
What was the dealer like?
Dismissive at first owing to myself being a young 27 year old lad trading in a small car for a 3.2 during a recession. When he realised I had cash he changed his tune.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Very good - fast, good acceleration, handling was superb.
What's it like to park?
Needs sensors but you get used to it.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
YES! Both wing mirrors (ice repeatedly) CD autochanger wont open Stereo flickering and flashing display Gearbox x2 complete over haul - at 27,000 miles! Wont drive in a straight line Exhaust brackets came loose

Power to economy ratio of the diesel
