A potentially great product let down by appalling customer service.
Probably minor issues with driver assistance sensors and dashcam have meant 3 trips to dealer, numerous calls to Mercedes Me call centre and still not sorted.
Dealer service is awful (Group1 Norwich) and central MB Customer Service just as bad. Indifferent, dismissive, pass the buck, “it’s looks fine to us” attitude.
Love the car, but service seriously making me wonder whether I would buy Mercedes again.
