Second hand examples now relatively cheap.

MB not cheap to maintain.

Dull, uninvolving drive. Auto doesn't help. No rear windscreen wiper makes visibilty in rain poor.
Performance
Goes ok, and easy to handle. Not remotely sporty to drive though.

Bags of room. Comfortable adjustable seats. Easy Power Steering. No dramas in handling. Hard roof is slow to erect though.
