Haven't had the car long enough to experience this side of things, but the warranties are comprehensive.

Driving
I covered 250 miles plus the day I collected it. Even at 04:00 on a very cold morning I was still smiling from ear to ear after the drive. Very comfortable and responsive for the smallest engine model.
Performance
As I mentioned in driving, surprisingly quick for the smallest engine model.

Reliability
Not had the car long enough to give a view, but MB have improved a lot in this area after a bit of a dip.

A pleasure to drive, or just sit there letting the air scarf warm your neck!

Hear that a tracker will have to be fitted due to absence of deadlocks... here come the costs.
Service
As this is my first car of this calibre, it felt like I was entering a new world... I pointed out some scuffs and a car park dink the day after I collected and was informed that MB will repay any expense incurred repairing them. Overall, very impressed.
