Value
3 years and 70% retained value! Tell me any other small hatch that can manage this! Very good private purchase.

Get the TLC package and its pretty much sorted for 5yrs for £100!

On the road
Driving
Very communicative steering with loads of feedback. No body-roll and planted feel on the road, this car seems unaffected by cross winds and was great on a recent journey from Cambridge to Manchester. I can't see how this could be better!
Performance
Not great in a straight line but really makes up for it on the twisty bits.

Reliability
Early 2001/ 2002 cars suffered with some quality/ electrical problems. 2005 model year like mine seem much better put together.

Classless, cool and no two are exactly the same.
Comfort
I kept the standard sports suspension as the sports plus will knock your fillings out on bumpy roads. With my set-up its pleasently firm but doesn't crash over bumps.

BMW lock very good, get the Cat 1 alarm system.

Elms in Cambridge are great, my salesman was also fantastic.
