In their own words

This was my fifth Mini in row after a R50 One, R53 Cooper S Checkmate, R56 JCW, and I also still own another R56 Cooper S This car is an excellent allrounder, much better to look at than the new Countryman which looks like a breadvan in comparision. Have found it practical and with the seats down a load lugger. A good motorway car, quiet and refined, it can be hustled when needed and the 2.0SD diesel has plenty of torque and guts returning 44mpg driven hard. with a lighter right foot 50+ In terms of handling no complaints, its not a Mini hatch just remember that. The only gripe is the ride on RF tyres is not great and its underbraked for me, not dangerously so but they could do with a little more bite. The 4x4 is useable, down at the muddy stables we frequent it got through deeply rutted sodden mud without issue, although it lacks ground clearance it got through. Very impressive The interior is well appointed and looks nice at night with led mood lighting in the door pockets, radio and cd good sub woofer under front seats I'd have another without issue and will look for another low miles R60 SD when I want to change, recommended
