In their own words

Purchased as a replacement to a BMW 1 Series looking for extra space and practicality and it’s done the job. The 1.5 litre petrol engine is no JCW but it pulls cleanly from low revs and has returned over 30mpg consistently. It has managed to use a litre of oil though, so that’s worth keeping an eye on. Space-wise it’s been great and although it’s a medium-size car, boot space is more than adequate. Added to a low load lip and removable boot floor, plus 40:20:40 split-folding rear seats, it’s a very practical vehicle considering its size. The car rewards faster driving with precise steering, slick gearbox and an engine that’s happy to revved, but the suspension is a touch on the firm side and as it’s the ‘Sport’ model the 18” alloys don’t help the ride, but do make the handling a little better at higher speeds. Overall a practical, relatively engaging and well built car that’s charming enough to own.
