Very sharp handling, precise gearbox, superb steering.
Performance
Powerful for 1.6, but does not always feel like it - engine not 'revvy' enough, gearing too long.

Overall build quality superb, with excellent fit and finish, but some minor quibble - boot does not always open first time, seat folding mechanism etc.

More around recently, but still perceived as more interesting than other small cars.

Excellent seats - get the full leather option, but ride and tyre noise are abysmal with the 17 inch wheels.

Very professional and polite, but not enough staff on the Mini side - had to wait 45 mins to pick car up.
