In their own words

This is my second MINI, previously was a 07 Cooper S R56. My 65 plate has been great and the difference between the Gen 2 and Gen 3 is like night and day. The build quality has greatly improved, the engine is proving to be a decent unit with plenty of pull considering it’s “only a Cooper”. I’ve had an issue with the horn on the steering wheel only working in one place (common fault apparently). The problem was resolved within 2 days of contacting the MINI dealership I purchased it from. My own moan is that the F56 still doesn’t have an engine temperature gauge - it only has a message saying whether the engine is hot or cold. The electronic dipstick is a pain as I’m so used to checking the oil daily after having my last MINI with its numerous leaks. Overall, I am very pleased with my F56 MINI and will definitely keep this one for many years.
