Value
I paid £6k, 09/2003. I sold it for £3600, 05/2004. Scary depreciation.
Costs
Very cheap to run. 45+ MPG on a run. 40ish around town.

Driving
Nice to drive (although not a patch on the Jag XJ6 I replaced it with).
Performance
Pretty good, although economy suffers if you put your foot down.

34,000 miles. Needs full engine rebuild. You do the maths.

I liked it. When it ran right. Nobody else does. Not even Mitsubishi garages will buy these.

Better than my Mazda 626.

No idea. It never got attacked. No deadlocks though.
Service
I purchased it as an 'approved Mitsubishi'. The dealer failed to service it, which meant it missed the service schedule. This meant that every time the engine management light went on (approx. every 2 weeks) I had to pay £22 to have it seen to.
