Value
Good value until auto gearbox fails. Wiped out it's value in a second.
Costs
Dealers rip you off appallingly, use independents. A new automatic gearbox is very expensive, as I found out.

Nice smooth drive, although road and wind noise can intrude.
Performance
Good progress, but auto box blunts V6 performance. Especially when it fails completely.

Reliability
The auto box failed at 49'000 miles, and cost more than the value of the car to replace. So much for 'reliable' Mitsubishi.
