I bought my 94L car with full leather, air con and CD two years ago £4,800. Need I say more?
Costs
Not bad if not booted - can be as frugal as a mid-range family car.

Good fun when dry but frightening when wet! Seats don't hold you well enough.

Very quick especially with nice cool fresh air at night.
