Buy used - a complete bargain.
Costs
MPG is okay for a 200 bhp car. Services come around quickly.

Driving
Not as pin sharp as the old model, but a little more "grown-up" perhaps. Rear drive makes it far more rewarding to drive than any front-drive equivalent. Don"t push it in the wet unless you can drive.
Performance
Smooth power delivery for a turbo, especially when compared to the old model. Always plenty of power on tap - unless you"re a complete looney!

Great reliability.

Very low-key. Pure performance without the dubious image of some German equivalents.
Comfort
Front seats are excellent; rear are a joke - but who cares. Great for long journeys.

No problems so far but I think the understated looks are its best defence against autovillainy.

I take the car back to the garage where it was bought from new. No problems.
