What does this car say about you?

Look at that old bloke driving that funny looking car.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They all seem very impressed, especially my wife who has mobility problems.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes because it is a car that suits my requirements, especially with a £100 a year RFL

What are you likely to buy next?

No idea. At 70 I may not live long enough

Type of dealer you bought from?

    Franchise

Did you buy this car new?

    No

    What price did you pay?

    £10,000

When did you buy the car?

    October 2006

Did you get a good deal and why?

Not particularly. Took my eye off the ball for a while, and failed to take on board everything the salesman said.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Always liked Nissan, and had a Sunny and three Micras. 3 door Micra a mistake. Good reliable and economucal car but little too small.

    What was the dealer like?

    Pleasant.

  • Driving it

    What's it like to drive?

A Mercedes or BMW it is not, but quite good and comfortable for a lower priced car. 1.4 petrol engine is adequate for city and motorway use, steering is positive and brakes are quite satisfactory, as is visibility.

    What's it like to park?

Not bad at all, especially with rear parking sensors (optional)

  • Living with it

Have you had any problems with the car?

No, other than a rather annoying little creaking noise from underneath somewhere. Dealership wanted the car in for a full day if I wanted it sorted. Not really worth the time, inconvenience and possible expense.

What's most practical about your car?

    Space.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    Air con is nice
