I expected reliability, comfort and efficiency from the engine

Ok. The alternator wasn't working when I bought the car and they replaced it quickly

What's it like to drive?
At low speeds road bumps are harsh, it's quite nippy and a breeze on the motorway

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Alternator fault, Brakes at rear constantly squeal and click, suction control valve needed replacing - £255 from main dealer, I've been told the turbo needs replacing - £900, Timing chain needs replacing - £900, there's a strange creaking from under the rear seats, the engine struggles to idle for first few mins when cold.
What's most practical about your car?
Plenty of space, big boot
