Cheap to buy, but poor build quality and high maintenance.
Costs
So much for diesels baing cheap to run. This car has been a money pit.

You feel every bump and has an almost sporty close-to-the-road feel.

Nippy in first & second. Ok on motorways, struggles on hills.

Weak looking locks (no central locking). Although never been broken into. Who'd be that desperate?

Slow, inconvienent, expensive. I only used them for warranty work and for the cylinder compression repair (no-one else could do this).

Corrosion throughout the braking system (discs, pipes etc), leaking brake cylinder, corrosion in headlight wires, on front axle, and many more.
