In their own words

The 130bhp three-pot mated to Aisin's 'tiptronic' type box is one of the best and hopefully reliable powertrains for a small sporty SUV. I like the small steering wheel which when set low with the seat set high gives the feel of driving a responsive go-kart round town. Yet on A roads and motorways you'd never realise it was such a tiny engine. The gallic top gear (30mph per 1000revs) makes for quiet relaxed cruising at high speeds. Overtaking acceleration with 'S' mode kickdown is truly impressive. For us, a 'no-lip' boot was high on the list, the estate-car-like capacity and ease of loading is a big plus. I'm not a fan of touchscreens but once set up, buttons and wheels on the steering wheel do most jobs. I'm looking forward to a bit of snow and ice to see how the 'grip control' performs. It would be nicer with a central front armrest.
