Excellent 'warm hatch' with decent performance and great handling.

Excellent first and second gear acceleration means you'll surprise many bigger engined cars at the lights.

Reliability
I've had my D-reg XS for over two years and it's never let me down once. I've put the car through three MOT tests and the total I've had to spend is only about £300.

Ride quality is superb and you won't find comfier seats.
