Active 1.6 BlueHDi 120 S&S 5d
Peugeot 3008 review (2023)

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?

In their own words

I’d have no hesitation in recommending this vehicle, in particular this 1.6d 120 bhp which after reading other reviews seems to be the pick of the bunch. Mixed driving which in I only commute 9 miles to/from work and weekend journeys out, so hardly gets up to Temp is averaging 54 mpg. On long drives with a light foot I have seen 58/60. For an SUV one can’t fault that return and guess there’s not many SUVs that are as economical. As for realibilty it’s never even hiccuped once and starts instantly on turning the key. I have driven long journeys and found the seats and suspension very comfortable indeed, so no issues there. That’s the positives. As for the negatives, I’m really struggling to suggest anything of any substance. It’s that good a car and I’ve had many many cars over my time including Jaguar (problematic car this one) Mitsubishi (good if boring), Vauxhall (well it’s a mass produced car!) Ford (ditto Vauxhall’s) Hyundai (let’s not go there on that my worst ever car)) so my First French car would seem to be one of my best cars I’ve owned to date. Going on my personal and early (3 months) ownership of my Peugeot 1.6d SUV I’d certainly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one.

How reliable do you find the car?

Absolutely trouble free experience so far

Does the car do everything you expected it to do?

Very quiet and nippy enough for the size of the engine. Hums along on the motorway very well indeed
