    Did you get a good deal and why?

    The car is almost 20 years old and has only done 74,000, body and interior are in mint condition, one owner from new and a full documented Peugeot service history. Not bad for £500.

    Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

    Fan of this model, easy to work on, reasonably cheap to run.

    What was the dealer like?

    Very good, no problems. Bought the car online through ebay, car as described.

    What's it like to drive?

    The 1.3 talbot engine is surprisingly spritely if a little noisy, great in town and can hold its own on the motorway. Holds the road well and is fun to drive.

    What's it like to park?

    No power steering so can be heavy to park but good visibility all round.

    Have you had any problems with the car?

    Touch wood no. This is my third 1.3 309 and I've always found them to be reliable sturdy little cars.

    What's most practical about your car?

    The monstrous boot.

    Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

    No gadgets on this model, you get wheels and an engine and thats your lot.
