Value
Cost me more than I'd have liked, but they are dirt cheap nowadays.
Costs
Parts are pricey. Having said that, it's been fairly trouble free for ages. All the problems have involved wheels and suspension.

Great to drive. Flies around bends. Bigger turning circle than you'd expect, but great fun.
Performance
I really don't think it's that bad! Spend extra on the 1.4, it's miles ahead of the 1.2

Ok. All problems are in suspension/wheels/bearings. Engine is fantastic!

Comfort
Height adjustable seat, but still too high for me. Steering wheel doesn't adjust. But, I've been in worse. Try before you buy!

Immobiliser so it won't get nicked. Door opens in under 5 seconds. Rear door quarter light easily smashed, as I found out.
Service
always had service done at independant garage, not Renault one.

Spotless. No problems whatsoever.
Other
Interior trim is awful. The glove box is now held on with sellotape!
