    Renault don't deserve to be in business. I just hope my review saves others this type of expense. My family will now be without a car because we cannot afford £2,000 for a clutch,.

    Would you buy this car again and why?

    No. Window regulator failed and when I was in dealership two other owners had the same fault. Renault denied this was a common problem then later ( after I had paid several hundred pounds to replace mine) admitted liability. Complete dash failure meaning that I had no idea of my speed, another common fault, Renault accepted responsibility and shared the cost. Recall for faulty electronic handbrake. Water pump failure meaning I had to replace cam belt early £520. Now clutch has failed which means 9 hours labour and the parts are horrendously expensive Renault are quoting over £2000 to repair. The car has done just over 62000 miles. Poor design, poor customer service and high repair costs. The worst car I have ever owned.

    What are you likely to buy next?

    Honda. I try to buy European but my latest experience with Renault means I will never buy another French car.
