Excellent equipment levels, air con, alloys, alarm, leather interior, 6 cd changer all standard with electric everything.
Costs
Good on fuel if driven sensibly. Renault try to pull your pants down on all things, so stay clear. Find a good, reliable garage for servicing and repairs.

Had mine 5 months, no trouble yet. NGK spark plugs go well in this car.

The reason I bought the car. Love the looks, get one in the right colour and you have a very nice car. I rushed and settled on the colour of the first car I saw. Make sure it's the colour you want, there are plenty of Megane's out there.
Comfort
Leather is a treat, seats give plenty of support. Maybe a squeeze for 6ft plus people.

Locks poor, alarm and immobiliser as standard. Done their job so far.

Never taken it to Renault, but heard bad things, so I stay well clear.
