Its like driving your armchair. Not sporty but effortless and comfort to die for.
Performance
Average mpg. 0-60 reasonable, but not important to Safrane drivers.

Oil, water pump, exhaust and Cat go at around 100k miles.

Alarm and immobiliser on post '95 models. I've got a Thatcham Cat 2 immobiliser fitted due to insurance.

Expensive. 'Couldn't care less' attitude - particularly as this is no longer in production.
