Three and a half years of ownership hasn't dulled the ownership experience one little bit and she still looks as good as the day my wife and I collected her from our local Renault dealership. The X-MOD is better equipped for the rough-and-tumble of off the beaten track, camping expeditions and harsher winter road conditions she has to experience (I've replaced the O/E Continental CrossContact LX2 tyres for Nokian AllWeather tyres, so who needs 4WD?). She'll be off to northern Norway very soon, so that's how confident I am of her abilities.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
My X-MOD has been used on countless occasions as a small removals van for my two Uni-aged kids ploughing up and down the country. On top of that, no matter the weather/road conditions, it has delivered us safely up to Scotland and the Highlands from Lincolnshire on family visits. My X-MOD will be four years old in Jan 2017, but if I'm honest I really don't know that I could bear to P/X it for anything else: it has been utterly reliable in all that time and is also quite distinctively styled...so, she's a keeper.About their car
