What does this car say about you?

Well its a Rover so probably doesn't have the appeal of other brands. But its a good example of a very functional 'British' car and I think they look good.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

No comment! Actually they're usually begrudgingly complementry.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Assuming it doesn't fall apart suddenly I don't see why not, good value for money generally. If you're on a budget a 25 is well worth a look if you want a car that looks good and does everything you want. Its enjoyable to drive, when I think about some of the poorer quality motors I could have bought for similar money I'm glad I went for this car.

    What's it like to drive?

Pretty good really, I wouldn't go lower than 1.4 with a 25. 1.4 provides everything you need around town and on the motorway. Can feel a little sluggish - just need to be sensible with gear changes. Once you get used to the gear ratios (& I guess some of its down to the ECU) you can get good accelleration from it. Handles well, suspension provides a surprisingly smooth ride.

    What's it like to park?

Its a good size, so no real parking worries. Has a decent turning circle.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Nothing as yet, I've had the car for enough time to be convinced its in good condition, it was low mileage for the age. No strange noises, electrics all in order, etc.

What's most practical about your car?

Most things, its very functional, good boot space and also leg room for a car of its size. Had all the usual features apart from electric windows.
