Summary
What does this car say about you?
It' s a great car to own and has a great sound from the engine with some parts able to be swapped for parts from the more sporty MG ZR such as the exhaust to give an even meatier sound and more sporty look.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Would you buy this car again and why?
The only reason why I would not buy this car again is that as a golfer I do require a lot of boot space and this is not quite big enough. I can only just fit the clubs in the boot. The only thing I don't like about this car is the colour - it's a bit too green for my liking but I can only just see it when I'm driving it.

I needed a car and I got a deal on it.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Quite comfortable. I am nearly 6ft and can drive the car with ease. The engine pulls well with around 110bhp in the 1.6 model.
What's it like to park?
Very easy to park, the steering is light and has a good turning circle. Easy to see out of the mirrors to parallel park.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The head gasket started to let go at around 32k miles, however I have been told this is a common problem with the car but there is an aftermarket multi-layer gasket that is available with a good reputation.
What's most practical about your car?
Very easy to park and very manoeuvrable. Fairly descent size boot for the size of the car, I can just about fit a full set of golf clubs in there.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
This car is fairly basic by modern standards, however it has everything you need: PAS, ABS, electric front windows, electric sunroof, electric mirrors, heated mirrors and steering wheel radio controls.
