I bought mine 5 years ago and paid 3k with 45k on the clock, immaculate condition.
Costs
1.4 engine good fuel economy, Parts not to expensive. Only let down was I was 20 and insurance was a killer.

Bit boring but handles well.

Will beat most other naturally aspirated 1.4's on the road, faster than most 1.6's also.

Engine is a little week as its light to make performance better, This bit me on the bum and the engine failed, meaning the end of my love affaire with my Rover. Loved this car and have a lot of good memories.
