Cheap to buy, expensive to run.

Quick. Ultimate Q car, will do 140mph and accelerates pretty nicely.

never had a problem, but gearbox and clutch need regular servicing

looks good, Rover badge is'nt Audi/BMW image but its good in Black
Comfort
Not bad. Took 2 adults, one 10 year old and one 11 yr old from Birmingham to Zaragoza in Spain, in one day then down past Alicante. No problems at all, can achieve 400 miles on a tank when cruising.

Alarm is dodgy. Left window open during night in Spain and in rained, but alarm remained silent.
Service
pretty poor. Rover dealer denied they had ever serviced the car when they had dealer stamps in it :S
