A lower end, not bad but start adding things then out price themselves.

    Costs

So far warranty has covered faulty speedo and wheel trim problem. Didn't help having to buy new warranty for £141 to cover second year on road!

    Driving

    4 out of 5 4.0

Good road handling, and very nippy round town.

    Performance

    1 out of 5 1.0

Front blowers very poor. Heating never gets hot. Air-conditioning clicking very minute but apparently this is normal for a Rover! Not good in mornings.

Don't choose granite purple! Nice looking car otherwise.

    Comfort

    3 out of 5 3.0

Very roomy car. Family of 5 fit comfortably. Foot peddles a nightmare. If wearing flat shoes/trainers your calves will get very sore very quickly. I have to rest my right foot onto my left foot when travelling more than 2 miles!

  • Security and Service

    Security

    1 out of 5 1.0

Nightmare. Slightest wrong touch on key ring and alarm goes off. You have to click once for driver's door twice for all doors. You can't open boot without opening main door. Idle time means you have to press key again!

    Service

    1 out of 5 1.0

Never believe anything you say - if it 'works' that's all that matters. It's performance doesn't bother them.

Air conditioning clicked every 15 seconds for first 6 months now down to once every minutes. Apparently supposed to in a Rover!
