Wanted a large saloon with 130 bhp diesel

    What was the dealer like?

Not up to scratch. Had wrong number plate on car when we arrived and had to wait for new ones to be made. Spare plastic key had been broken. Basically there was just plastic ring on the key ring we were given. Dealer did not know that the key was missing - product knowledge was pretty poor.I only found out after reading the owners manual. Then followed big problem with getting it replaced. As we did not live locally to this dealer we were advised to go to our local Skoda service station. There then followed the usual to and fro as to who is paying for the new key. After several letters I eventually got the mony £29 out of the original dealer. Yes you guessed they sent me a cheque that was a few pence short and I was by then tied or arguing.
