What does this car say about you?

I'm eco friendly, in reality - I'm an idiot, should have bought a proper car.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

Funny, until you try and live with one.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Never. I have rather slated the car, maybe unfairly but if you do not need to park on your nose this car is pointless. Eg. we have a Modus diesel that seats 5, is quicker, more refind & more economical and an Audi A6 which returns better economy on a run that the Smart. These cars are truely pointless.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I thought so until I tried to sell. Smart of Newcastle offered me £2k less trade in 8 months later. Wow!

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Economy, fun, to promote a business

What was the dealer like?

Terrible, the car was in the garage 3 times in the first month for air con faults they failed to diagnose. I descovered that the car had an 'old model' service book and had been serviced incorrectly by Smart of Newcastle since new. Quite unbelievable!

What's it like to drive?

Dreadful, noisy, bumpy, unrefined, harsh engine, crude jerky gearbox.

What's it like to park?

Not as easy as you think, steering very heavy at low speed.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Air con fault three times undiagnosed by Smart of Newcastle. Incorrect service book and servicing by Smart of Newcastle.

What's most practical about your car?

Actually nothing. I would say size but I have no parking issue requirements.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Rev counter, so I can change up before engine feels like it's going to explode.
