Suzuki Ignis Estate (2000 - 2008) 1.5 GLX VVT 4Grip 5d Owner Review

Bought for just £2000 with just 26,000 miles and in absolutely mint condition. I can't stop driving it, it's a real hoot in comparison to dull and numb newer cars. I love it's honesty, nothing pretentious about it. Such simple and efficient controls and mechanicals. It's got a great driving position, nice and upright with surprisingly comfy seats, drove it for over 6 hours with no aching limbs. Visibility is superb. It's a bit bouncy over rough roads, but smooth on decent roads. Acceleration over 4500 revs takes you by surprise, but it's probably happiest around 60mph as it can get a bit noisy at 70mph. But it's got some guts if you need it. Averaging 40mpg, best I've had on a long run is 50mpg. Very grippy through the corners and easy to park. Rear seat room is good and my daughter loves the fact you sit quite high in the back with a decent view. I've had over 30 cars in my time and this one is amongst the best for sheer pleasure and smugness, so much car for such little money.
