Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD 4dr Auto Owner Review

This my second model 3 in the last 3 years. I thought they were great cars, that’s why I’m into my second and they are until something goes wrong. I can’t get more than 21% charge into it and that’s only if I schedule it. Got onto Tesla and was told it’s not the car, it’s the battery. Because the battery was still under warranty they sent me another, which I’ve had installed and I still can’t get more than 21%. And after two and a half months of emails and phone calls, I’ve given up. They just don’t want to help me.
